“Oh, I’ve been happily busy, dizzy with tasks, a bit overwhelmed, but really very good.”
“I am so happy you finally came to visit.”

I like this! It made me think of a humorous song (“I Just Can’t Get Away from Myself”) by Billy Kelly (who writes children’s music that’s really fun for kids and adults).
