Energy and the illusion of substance

I am sharing this with you because I took my first ever Reiki class on Saturday, which consisted of an attunement and some instruction on how to perform Reiki on myself.  So much more to learn, but fascinating stuff!

Glad you enjoyed your Reiki class. I have taken Reiki 1 and Reiki 2. It is good stuff.

  2. Unfortunately the physics in the above quote isn’t right. It confuses probability with existence. Physicists believe in the reality of sub-atomic particles more than anybody else. They just know that they cannot know precisely where a particle is at the same time they precisely constrain its energy. That’s what the uncertainty principle is about, see Wikipedia You don’t need pseudoscience to justify the great emotional value of the exercise of adjusting your perspective on life.

As long as you understand it, I trust you! And yes, I think attitude/perspective is 90% of the game. I am finding energy in general to be so interesting!
