Soul Restoration Truth cards

Part of Soul Restoration is making Truth Cards, reminders of the weekly sessions to carry forward.  As I process through the lessons, fears or negativity can come up, and I can use the pages and pages of Truths that Melody provides to select individual messages that are meaningful to me against those fears.  Chances are, when I’m feeling down or having a rough day, I’ll need even more reminders of these Truths to counteract the negativity.  At the end of the class and beyond, I will end up with a stack of these personal Truth Cards.  I should then use my cards to remember the truths about any given situation.  Truths speak about our strengths, not our weaknesses.

Reading through the statements and finding the ones that speak to me has been really meaningful.  I can read through dozens of Truths without feeling much of anything at all, but when a real zinger comes up, I feel it… some kind of emotion really resonates within.  The cards below are about taking care of myself and about the relief that “there’s a plan” for me.  Thank goodness there’s a plan!

I would love it if you’d read my Monday and Wednesday posts about this awesome class.

Come back tomorrow for the One Little Word bloghop! (It’s September already?)

I am in Soul Restoration 1 now! Your Truth Cards are absolutely beautiful. I have never taken an online class before. I love this one. I feel it is really helping me come full circle! Keep up the good work, Naomi! You are very talented.

Thank you, Mary Jo. I am loving it too. We still have one more week, right? I was sort of getting confused because the videos have mentioned other weeks, so I guess she reordered the sequence a little. But this last handout said week 6 (isn’t it 7?) and then she referenced the class ending… huh? Are you going to take SR2? I am interested, but if you notice on the sidebar of the blog how many classes I’m taking, I suppose I should wait. Lol.
Thank you so much for your encouragement. I haven’t been able to “create” the past few days because my daughter is sick and I miss it!
